Each medical situation is different and each situation comes with lots of paperwork to keep track of.  Don’t rewrite all that information, just store it in our large-pocket oversized dividers. These dividers are meant to hold all of the loose paper you might accumulate such as prescriptions, imaging reports, lab-work results, or post-surgery recovery instructions.

A standard Medasyst system comes with a single divider with a pocket.  A set of 2 dividers can be purchased separately. Each divided is pre-punched for easy addition to your Medasyst planner.
